    I know there is some association but because its hyperawarness of my thinking/consciousness a subset of ocd im Unsure how to approach. I have intrusive thoughts and typical ocd symptoms also. Any advice? Im undergoing erp and cbt atm

    Also you're right Dr Claire weeks book is amazing I repurchased it again last week but haven't read it all xx I think because I don't recall it covering hyperawarness my anxious mind is looking for more reassurance x

    @Ellen thanks ellen ! Now i can get on with my day knowing evan if the pain does come back its surely tms as organic pain doesnt just go away and come back weeks later Sometimes i just need that little reassurance im on the right track :-) Thank you for you reply xxx
