Thank you for clarifying - I think also I have been told by numerous friends to be careful when making the bed as it could hurt me so maybe that seed was in the brain.
Thank you - yes I was very tired and the way I was doing that task was really not in good posture at all - but I think you are right the brain used that opportunity to give me a fright. I still did not go into freeze though I carried on with my day albeit a lot gentler.
