    TMS for life?

@JanAtheCPA I really love reading your posts. I also feel that living with anxiety for so many years makes progress more difficult. And I also felt that pandemic made me feel a big setback after a period of good progress.

what books have you guys read for self improvement and for health recovery?

I like reading a lot. For example, Jon Kabat Zinn (full catastrophe living), Tara Brach (radical Acceptance), Russ Harris (the happiness trap) or Steven C Hayes (get out of your mind and into your life), Deb Dana (polivagal theory), Peter Levine .... Maybe I read too much

    Repetitive Fear Thoughts

I try to realize those are just thoughts, you don't even have to beleive them, they don't have to be true. I just let them go, I imagine them as words getting out of my head and going far away. ACT therapy helped me a lot. Steven C Hayes and Russ Harris books are really good

    Overcoming Doubt

Really good post, in my case I think even if I understand and beleive the theory, there is some part in my mind still thinking there is another reason to explain my symptoms.

Question about Medicines when it comes to anxiety.

It's really important that you follow your doctor instruccions. I took ativan too for 3 months and currently taking an SSRi for anxiety, in my case at least I really needed, I am also doing therapy, reading a lot and practice exposure to get better. It's a combination of all these tools.
