I see nothing wrong in physio therapy and anxiety meds as long as you know deep down it's a stress reaction. The pain and tension is real so to some extent you can try to fix it. Just don't obsess over it
Id also.like to add something. I'm guilty of obsessing and researching thinking there must be something wrong. But if it was a true structural problem it would of got worse over all the years you have had it. It's the same pain as me. It's pelvic floor tension and spasm. Those muscles are highly...
Yes. Very common. I can be totally fine but if I just think about the symptoms I feel them again. Don't beat yourself up over it. The brain is a powerful thing.

Thanks Tom. I panicked at your earlier post I think. When you said maybe it's tms or benign I thought u meant you were leaning towards a more serious problem. but I understand you meant you never ever say it's definitely tms. You were leaning more towards tms than anything else. To be honest I...
Yes tom that's what I thought. My first reaction was you were telling me you had doubts it was tms or anxiety related but I now realise that's not what you were saying. You were saying that you suspect it is because you never give a diagnosis because you aren't a doc. I went to the docs this...
