I think I get the same thing. I have had years of upper middle back pain and for the last 3 years I have had pain radiating to the front area. My heart has been checked and there is nothing wrong there. they can't find anything wrong so they say it's a structural thing. I still can't work out...
Mala thanks for the interesting post. I'm so happy that you finally found some answers. So do you feel a lot better? Has this surgery eliminated most of your pains? This message you've sent out is such an important one for men and women alike. Always get thoroughly checked out before assuming...
Iquigs and seraphina, thanks so much for your replies. I too get very stiff neck muscles and shoulder/ scapula muscles along the spine - tightness it's so severe that nothing I do softens these muscles. I use a tennis ball and roll them along my spine, get message, do meditation (which slightly...
Did your headaches go away? I have the same thing, I have been told since I was a teenager that my neck is too straight and I have no curve. I now suffer so my much upper back pain and headaches and nothing relieves it. I don't know if straight neck can cause real pain or if it's just TMS symptoms?
I have a deviated septum too? It must be common. My doctor said I was born that way and that wouldn't affect or cause any symptoms? Think hard before having any surgery. Good luck
See your mind is now focusing on your dizzy symptoms and putting the other symptoms on the back burner... Amazing how our minds work. I find there's always a different symptom alternating with myself each day - one day it'll be mainly a bad headache then following day it will be excruciating...
That's funny you say that, I think I felt safe at home and that's why I didn't have it as bad and in a rush to get home when I was out as I felt this need to hurry and get out of the supermarket or wherever I was.
It was almost everyday but I found when I was home it didn't seem as bad. The worst would be when I would go out shopping in large areas where there was lots of noise and lots of people. I'm not sure why? I think when I was laying down or sitting it was usually better. It's been a while I'm...
No it came on randomly Leslie. What happened, I went on some anti depressants for anxiety and then got off after 8 months or so as I didn't want to be on them. After withdrawing slowly I began getting these zaps in my head and headaches and slowly started developing the head dizziness feeling...
Leslie your symptoms sound exactly like what I used to experience years ago, except mine went on for years! The worst of it probably lasted me 4 years or so? Trust me I know exactly what you're describing, I even used to get a fuzzy vibration feeling in my head if I moved it too quickly or shook...
Just some more reinforcement I found to state that chronic pain comes from the mind - our emotions http://themindunleashed.org/2014/08/pain-real-head-neuroscience-explains.html for anyone interested in the read.
Here's something I found on a website.

This is great Herbie! Thanks for the tips, I always tend to shallow breathe without even realising it. I will be more mindful of this. Thank you
