    Karen, it sounds like you have a lot of things going on and plenty of stress but have you been able to change anything in your day-to-day life? I know we all have responsibilities and maybe you do need to visit your mother regularly. Could you do it twice weekly? What does your husband say when you talk about a changing work schedule, even if it's just 6 days a week? Do you notice the stress exacerbating symptoms?
