i have posted my story previously but as mentioned need some support and advice. Trying to let go of my past which plagues me at times. So many regrets but that is over and done with. Need to take time for me this year but that is hard to do when you have taken care of someone all of your life. I do not know how to put me first. I try and visit my 90 year old mother three times a week and help her but there are times I do not feel like going over there but I feel I have to. My husband works sometimes seven days a week even when he doesn't really have to. He likes helping the people he works for but I feel like they are more important than myself. Of course I have lived like this for 35 years. I could go on and on but just need a little encouragement as to what I should do. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
