Lots going on here. You can overcome TMS by taking action and showing your subconscious mind that you are in control.
When you allow self-pity and victim mindset take over, it only feeds into TMS.
First step:
Your wish list is a good one.
1- ride my horse
2- horse camping
3- Go to Texas to visit daughter
4- Go to St. Thomas Island with my sister for a month
5- go kayaking- Atving
Write on a paper and post it. Look at it as often as possible, close your eyes, imagine it, live it, feel it. This will help counter some of the tension.
