Fibromyalgia diagnosis
Hey, I wanted to drop in to let you know that you're going to be just fine! So many people have recovered from fibro including myself! I was diagnosed last year and after reading Dr Sarno's book and speaking with a TMS specialist, I healed within a few weeks. I'm back on doing the SEP program because my anxiety has been an issue since I was 5 and I'm feeling a few different kind of symptoms, but nothing as bad as it used to be. I'm at work, the gym lifting weights, and doing most things I want.

I recovered from 1 year of fibromyalgia, my mom recovered from 20 years of it, and my dad says he has little pain left after 30 years of it(Oh, and he broke his back when it all started). My dad is a pain in the butt though cause he wont take the time to do the exercises, but the guy still improved quite a bit by reading the book.

Give yourself time. Do the SEP program and maybe check out SteveO's book The Great Pain Deception. Honestly though, all you need is the program and time to allow belief.

You will heal completely. I know it.
