Day 16 To tell... or not to tell...

I've been very selective in who I tell about my TMS and the work I'm doing. My friends and family are all very different in their opinions and approaches to health/health care and, for now, I've chosen to share this piece with only a few people whom I'm sure will be supportive. I don't feel like I have the bandwidth yet to share it with those who will shoot it down. I worry that I'm still vulnerable enough that their opinions will still have too much of an effect on me and might feed my subconscious and make it stronger to argue me away from accepting my TMS on that "cellular" level that I need to maintain right now.
