    Has anyone ever treated these conditions through a tms approach or think they even could be a result of tms?

    Depends on what the medical pros say. If they can't explain why you have this, OR why these symptoms happen, OR offer you a well-established treatment that will solve the problem... you might as well go the TMS route because it is 100% non-invasive, therefore you have nothing to lose by doing so.

    Edit: my answer may seem a bit dismissive, but this isn't your first time with new symptoms, so I'm assuming that you know the drill.
