Day 32 Other symptoms

It's funny timing that today's activity had to do with other TMS symptoms showing up. Before my back pain, I would get migraines decently frequently. For the two years I had really bad back pain, I only had one migraine that I can remember. In the last 17 days (now that I have been feeling maybe 80% better with my back) I have had FOUR migraines, including today. It's crazy! It was hard to accept at first, but now it seems obvious that the migraines are TMS.
I will say, I would way prefer to get a migraine every week rather than have the constant back pain, so it's still been a huge win, but I'm also excited to see what TMS work I can do to decrease or eliminate the migraines.

 

Yes, the symptom imperative is real! And so crazy!
