I've read the materials and even talked to a number of people about my TMS. I've seen some results and had some good things come. But I am stuck. I haven't done a consistent program. I need to focus on this and not get distracted away.

How much do I believe I have TMS? I am sure of it---but I still find it hard in the moment to "see" that this or that sensation is TMS. I am generally fairly focused on intellectual matters, so when I find an extra hard heartbeat or when the knee hurts or my back aches or my neck pulses or whatever, if I am made aware of it, I tend to overreact and think the it's something bad or broken.

I spoke with one of the TMS doctors who confirmed that my condition is TMS and when we talked a month later he said that he thinks something is holding me back. So, I want to do this program in a clear and consistent way to help myself heal.

    Thanks for reading!

Welcome to the program! You will learn a lot about yourself when you do the journaling prompts. Just take it one day at a time!
