Conflict-tms and fear.how to be fearless?

    I've recovered about 90% I guess.no pain.some anxiety and some insomnia is still troubling but I'm positive it will get better.ive resumed all physical activity.

    Recently I noticed that my TMS sensation came for short while when I was in fight of words and conflict with one of my friend.
    My anxiety spiked
    I think my brain is still in fear.
    My legs started trembling

    How to be perfectly ;) fearless like a warrior?

    Unlearningpain,
    I think everyone is still going to have some reaction when they are having situations like you had with your friend. A brave warrior is afraid, but doesn't pay attention and does what needs to be done. What we have to do is live a good life and when things are emotional we acknowledge that and don't pay too much attention to the physical. As Claire Weekes said, If you won a million pounds, your legs would tremble, they're still perfectly good legs!
