    Healed from years back/hip/knee pain soon after reading Dr. Sarno's book.

    Healed from insomnia and heart palpitations after applying same principles (although these symptoms felt a bit more tricky to treat in this way because they scared me more).

    Currently struggling with acne which I believe to be a TMS equivalent; especially since it cropped up for first time in my life at very adult age of 26 when I was going through a huge transition / stressful period in my life, nearly two years ago.

    While it has gotten better as I have applied TMS principles, it still persists, so I am here for support :) Hi!
