Dr. Yonit is a board-certified audiologist, vestibular specialist, and coach, dedicated to helping people recover from chronic dizziness, vestibular symptoms, tinnitus, and hyperacusis. She’s certified in advanced vestibular rehabilitation and concussion treatment, and is a certified strength coach. Dr. Yo is a leader in neuroplastic recovery, sharing hundreds of free educational videos on her YouTube channel (THE STEADY COACH) and offering a comprehensive free course on her website. She’ll share practical neuroplastic recovery insights, especially for those facing dizziness and tinnitus.

Dr. Shames is an American board-certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with decades of experience in general rehabilitation and musculoskeletal medicine. He has led outpatient rehab programs in the US and Israel, and currently directs Rehabilitation Services at Maccabi Health Services. Dr. Shames is a passionate advocate for the mind-body connection and routinely educates patients about neuroplastic pain and mind-body syndromes.
This roundtable will spotlight Dr. Yonit’s unique neuroplastic recovery insights - especially for those struggling with dizziness and tinnitus - offering hope, science, and practical strategies. Dr. Shames will share his holistic approach to musculoskeletal pain and mind-body education in clinical practice.
