TMS healing is hard for two reasons.

1. Too much information out there. This leads to analyse paralysis.

2. The way to break free from TMS is do the opposite of everything your brain has learnt is keeping you safe and teach it a new better, productive, positive, rewarding way of being.

Its hard because your brwin thinks all your old habits and thinking sre keeping you safe. Because im sure once upon a time thats what worked. But now its not keeping you safe and is harming you. Only problem is being brave enough to show your brain a new way and ignore the sissy fit it throws when you do the opposite.

My only doubt now is how to successfully retrain my mind.

Yes. Unfortunately to many dufferent opinions. Im sure its simpler than people mske out but the dufference in opinions causes stress and overwhelm
Maybe it’s stressful for you because you think there’s a “right” path out there. The truth is, there’s no guaranteed path. So how can you go wrong? It’s all experimental per each person, so the differences in opinion don’t matter. All that matters is what works for you.

Only because this is what you choose to believe. To be fair, this is your brain on TMS, doing what it does best - which is to manipulate you into wallowing in negativity and self-pity. Negativity and self pity are antithetical to recovery. You gotta be willing to call bullshit on this behavior and get a grip.

I think you might also think about looking at @Diana-M ’s post about making yourself miserable.
You might feel much better if you stop complaining and judging and placing blame on everything. Your own mindset makes or breaks your journey. You’ve suffered enough! Why keep wallowing in it?

Just pointing out whst ive witnessed for myself and some others. People who crave a high level of certainty to feel safe find conflicting information stressful. Some people don't.
There's a lot of noise out there.

Anyway yes I need to start calling out my mind on the negatuves and I like the idea of if yiu knew your sensations would be gine tomorrow how woukd u think act and be

People who crave a high level of certainty...
One cannot have a high level of certainty to the extent that you want... Because, as @Diana-M says...
there’s no guaranteed path. So how can you go wrong? It’s all experimental per each person, so the differences in opinion don’t matter. All that matters is what works for you.
What is for certain is that if you patiently and persistently do mind/body work you're far more likely to lose your symptoms than if you don't.

There is a great deal of commonality of the methods/techniques used that people suffering with mind/body/TMS symptoms find success with (from the work of Sarno, Schubiner, Hanscom and Gordon with his PRT etc) which I endeavoured to collate into the mind/body work plans that I have previously referred you to: https://www.tmswiki.org/forum/threa...to-cover-most-mind-body-approach-bases.30322/...

One can recover by just knowing, and doing, the 'how'; the 'how' that is outlined in those plans.

My dear friend @CalmIsTheCure — this mortal life can be terrifying. No doubt about it. Especially if you happen to be a catastrophic thinker. Add TMS, and you have every excuse in the world to just crumble down, lose all hope, and just quit trying. Believe me when I tell you that I have to battle this negative outlook almost every day. It’s relentless. Negativity and doubt can be such a huge gripping monster. But only you can put a stop to this line of thinking. And honestly, without an optimistic attitude, you’ll get nowhere. That’s what we do here: we apply effort and hope, day after day, until we improve completely. But in the meantime, our heart and soul is improving, even if our body hasn’t caught up yet. Stop looking at the negative and the doubt. It leads nowhere.
