Any comments or thoughts, I feel I am trying to hard to heal over the course of 2 years with no success at any point..my story as been a tough one but not any worse than anybody else here..I have been gentle with myself in dealing with tms that did nothing but fuel it i feel. Know I am taking the Steve O approach and working out as hard as I can not to get rid of pain but to tell my brain ...hey I am fine and this is good for me..but again my tms pain get worse and worse but I still keep going.

I would recommend reading Nichole Sachs book first. Her take on "JournalSpeak" is very insightful and may help... I may be reading into this a bit, but are you pressing? Just let it go....
