Day 31 Work

My professional relationships are improving. Since starting this program, I notice that I speak up more about my boundaries and take myself more seriously at work. I don’t automatically take on everything anymore, and I’m more aware of when I’m pushing myself out of perfectionism instead of necessity.

What has changed the most is that I now do thingswith anxiety instead of waiting for the anxiety to disappear first. I’ve done several things recently that felt uncomfortable, and instead of avoiding them, I stayed present and noticed that I could handle it.

This has given me more confidence in my role and more trust in myself. I feel less trapped by fear of doing things “wrong” and more willing to learn by actually doing. That shift alone has taken a lot of pressure off my work and my relationships with colleagues the last week.

You're affirming a point I've made often on this Forum, that TMS recovery is as much about changing our thinking patterns as it is about emotional awareness and expression.
