Usually there's a lot of stored sadness in TMS. You're giving permission to release all this energy when you're doing the work. It's a very a good sign.

Also the pain itself is a heavy burden and crying is a way of coping with that.

Well ive been trying to feel into new behaviours and new patterns and a new way of being. And all I ever do is want yo cry ane my brain scream no.

But the crying isnt relieving. I just got back to the same state after.

How do I move this resistance so my subconcious will actually start allowing the changes?

Because its been months of this resistance.
There must be a way to get the resistance to start standing down.

I wouldn't mind if the crying eas relieving but its not. Its not moving or changing anything.

I want my new state to take hold. I've dine a lot of emotional work.

How do I get the resistance to move or at least soften so i can start to FEEL somethint new

Well, here's the catch, your attempt to move the resistance is an act of resistance itself. When you do this your limbic system has no option but to identify this situation as a danger state.

How can you get out of this loop?
I think you can use some break from the emotional work. It seems to be adding too much pressure right now.
Second, to take it easy on the idea you should feel differently. That's a dangerous road that might lead to skepticism and hopelessness.
And finally, remember it's a mindbody work, not just mind. If your body is expressing your emotional pain, let it be. Better crying than a new nasty symptom, right?

And you are. It's your ego who's telling you otherwise.

You are probably stuck in the “fight” response. When people are resistant, angry, frustrated and impatient and feel the victim, this is often the case. Resistance is also often high. This explains it.

Sure. Bear in mind I'm no psychologist, neuroscientist or else. That's how I currently understand the structure of if.

Think of your mind not just as a single conscious but a collective of parts fighting for your attention. Those are usually mechanisms wanting to make you behave in a certain way, so you can live properly among others.

The problem begins when those parts want to control your decisions, because something made them feel you're not suited for it. They become very protective of themselves, because they truly believe it's a matter of life and death.

Your resistance is coming from some of these scaried parts. They don't want you to change because they think they're gonna be erased and you're gonna be in serious danger. It's them who are flooding your mind with thoughts of resistance.

You've been doing the work for a while, right? Those are building blocks to create new neuropathways in your brain, and they're not gonna disappear. As time goes by, you create more and more of these blocks. It might not feel like it, but you are changing. There will be a time you'll have such a robust new structure that the TMS old one will begin to deactivate.

I wish we knew a faster approach. There must be something to be discovered, otherwise there wouldn't be those cases of book healing.
