I actually got really into exercise in the last year and a half. I stopped recently because I was living in a place where it was difficult to walk for exercise (my preferred method) and because I have been on levaquin since the beginning of January and was concerned about the risk for tendon damage.
I got the go ahead from my doctor to stop taking the levaquin, as recommended by people on this forum. I did have a severe UTI at one point but got no relief from antibiotics and my tests are clear now. I am on a low dose antibiotic to prevent reoccurrence but my doctor agrees with pursuing TMS/PRT.
I'm eager to get back to walking and sword fighting, my two favorite methods of exercise. Because my symptoms are a little different than the typical TMS symptoms I haven't avoided exercising for fear of triggering symptoms necessarily, but I have a lot of other things I'm afraid to resume, like drinking coffee. I will be working with my PRT therapist to slowly reintroduce those things to my life.
oops this is day 3 not day 4
