    Hi All
Thanks for being here and sharing your experience. Ive always exercisized and enjoy it. Naturally, When my
TMS symptom came up life was put on hold which distressed me. I just returned home from staying with
my daughter 9She provided a safe haven and good food) while I became more accustomed to life with TMS.
Im happy to be home. I live in Vermont and moved here four years ago as it felt compatible with where I was
at.......seeking serentity. Sorry, for digressing. As far as exercising I began today my old routine. Out for a
walk and then onto my mat for stretching and then weights. Positive, healthy routine feels good to me. and I give myself an atta girl for this new start.

I strongly recommend that you reframe this mindset.

All humans are born with the "TMS" mechanism fully engaged. The way it engages and manifests is unique to each individual's life experience - starting in the womb.

You've been living with TMS your entire life, which should become more clear the deeper you get into examining your entire life. The goal of doing this work is first recognizing and then making a personal commitment that TMS symptoms don't need to be the focus of your life, and developing your set of tools to manage them when they threaten your equanimity.
