For mental fatigue, would you recommend either?
Have you ever read these? (These are 2 of my favorites).
THE MINDBODY SYNDROME (TMS) a path to recovery & freedom by KEVIN MARTILLO VINER, Ph.D.
Hope and Help for Your Nerves by Claire Weekes, MD
I haven't read Steve's one, but read Sarno's Mindbody and despite being an all timer, I'm not sure it covers mental fatigue that close.
JanAtTheCPA recomended me Ethan Kross' Chatter, about the internal dialogues we have and I'm enjoying it. Can't say now, but it seems to me it might be a good read for mental fatigue healing.
If anxiety is a big part of this fatigue, I'd recommend Barry McDonagh’s Dare.
I really like what @Bonnard has to say above- very good advice.
I have not read Steve’s book, but I have read The Divided Mind a few times. Sarno does cover the non-pain related TMS symptoms in that book. Not sure which Sarno book you have read, but if you are going back to a Sarno book, for mental fatigue, I would check out The Divided Mind.
