My initial thoughts after reading the material for Day 2 are that fear is always at the bottom of these. I had already identified that my fear quickly turns into anger, hurt, sadness etc because I didn't know how to deal with it. When I tried to express my fears as a child I was simply not heard, I was given advice on how I should think and the resulting anger was beaten down usually verbally but also physically quite often. It was a very oppressive household that I was brought up in so I learned to suppress all my feelings.
Now I have choices, I have free will and I am learning to exercise that.
3 things that make me feel angry are;
1) Being oppressed
2) Being controlled
3) Being manipulated
3 things that make me feel sad are;
1) Cruelty of any kind to people and animals
2) Seeing others get hurt
3) Seeing children cry when they are neglected
