What is my body trying to tell me?

I have one hand that is extremely dry and even with cuts from dryness while another one looks way better. I wash my hand that looks way better more.

 

What else is this related to. Has something hard happened to you lately?

 

A lot of mental anxiety and stress, but I have this for some time now

 

It is possible that anyone of these current stressors is a clue to the source of the issue. If you've been hanging out in TMS world for very long then I trust you know that the source is emotional. The tool that I use helps to identify the emotions by working through memories. To really resolve the issue it has been my experience that you need to deal with the memories as well as the emotions. This will create profound and lasting shifts in the neural connections.
