    I watched this video:

    and it mentions that the pain is in your head, but not entirely. He mentions that the pain is real, but the cause is in your own mind.

    So to get this straight, is the pain real, like you feel it, but it's all in the mind?

    It is real but the solution is in your mind. Our minds could cause real physical changes in our bodies and our physical beings would affect our minds too. The pain is not imaginary. When our minds change that would bring physical changes including disappearance of pain.
