training while while sick?

    i have been sick for like 1-2 weeks. it was worst and now i only cough and have short breathing when walking a lot and in cold areas. clear mucus now. it used to be greenish.


    besides that my voice changed a little. some people noticed this and asked if im sick. besides this nothing else. thoughts?
