Day 3 Today I exercised

    Day 3: Last time I exercised was today. I went to the gym and worked out. I started to have blurry vision and dizziness after squatting. I still went to exercise and completed my workout. I went home and ate, now I’m wanting to take a nap, but I’ll avoid it since I have work soon and want to study. I’m grateful tho, but I’m working towards avoiding the doubts I get about exercise making me feel worse. Sometimes, I can’t even think straight due to tiredness, which is ugh, but I’ll keep pushing since I love to exercise.

    I just try to be mindful and avoid the blurry vision, tireness. Every single therapist tells me exercise is good.

    I actually got anxious because I didn't do day 3 yesterday or the day before when I was supposed to do it and well ocd told me to start all over from scratch and I just went through the fear and kept going to day 3

    This is great! It gets easier with time and you start to understand that you really don’t need to listen to everything your brain tells you. I’ve learned to roll my eyes at it and the stories it tells me. Brush it off and move on. Anxiety passes.

    This is so true. Anxiety can spike, but never destroys us completely
