TMS therapist/nortryptaline

Wondering if someone can help. I have seen a few other posts and it might be about the same therapist. I saw someone highly recommended on this site. She immediately wanted me to go on Nortryptaline and also was quite free with psychological diagnoses that do not apply to me. After two sessions I have been left confused and judged. I need to know if I am coming out of left field. I wanted a TMS coach as I am stuck in a relapse but I was doing well prior to the last couple of months.

 

Also I didn't realize my full name in the post - which I want to change. I contacted someone two years ago to do it as I don't think I can on my own.

You can search for one near you or meet with one virtually. It was helpful for me to find one near me but I ended up not going to them.

As for how you are feeling, just know it is valid. Anytime you go to a therapist or doctor and it doesn't feel right you-you have the option to look for something different whether it is TMS related or not. You want to go to to someone who you feel comfortable and safe with.
