Know what I mean?
My symptoms are exactly what I'm most afraid of experiencing at any given moment. This changes over time... at times I've been more afraid of my heartbeat, my neck, my back, my stomach, my heartbeat, and/or that indescribable highly personal emotional grind existentialitis feeling nastiness ......etc, ad nauseum.
Which explains why counteracting the fear is the remedy. But my goodness I haven't figured out how to do that for myself yet.
