. . .I didn't need to think hard at all to start my TMS list. I've got a few items from just elementary school years, e.g. I dropped a can of fruit during a family reunion and got so embarrassed I started crying; accidentally pulled a girl's hair in kindergarten and felt really guilty when my parents were told about it; did something to get sent into the hall in 2nd grade and was guilty and upset... doesn't even scratchthe surface.
Exercise: I just used a stationary bike yesterday for about 25 minutes. I'm doing this as part of a physical therapy regimen to help with hip and knee pain. I couldn't even use the bike a few weeks ago. I believe much of the pain is caused by TMS, but the origin was a bad fall on my leg that required me to go to the ER. The effects of that have caused pain, which have been compounded by TMS, I believe.
