Wrapping up Day 3 - have been thinking about the exercise for today re: TMS list form - list 2-3 past events - and I just feel so tired... tired about thinking about any of those things, maybe this is another block as I feel actually physically tired, not just mentally....doing the exercise nonetheless.

It is just plain tiring. Don't let it stop you -- but do allow yourself to do just a little at a time if needed.

I'd also add, just FYI, that in my experience over the years, fatigue commonly accompanies any lowering of symptoms, especially lowering of anxiety. Being in Fight/Flight keeps you so wired that although you feel exhausted, you don't feel that sleepiness...when you feel sleepy or more deeply tired, know that it means you're on the right track, and be patient with yourself.

Whenever you catch yourself yawning, for example, give yourself a pat on the back. Yawning is a sign of the parasympathetic nervous system being activated, and thus the sympathetic one calming down. It's a fantastic sign!

Thanks, @dlane2530! Trying to learn the art of patience with myself for sure! AND, yes, I do notice I have been yawning more frequently, which seems like it definitely is a good sign (I don't think I yawned for months!). I read somewhere when I was looking at different brain retraining exercises, one of the suggested ones to help stimulate the vagus nerve was to intentionally yawn!
