I am beginning my recovery from chronic tension headaches, face pain, eye pain/light sensitivity, as well as other symptoms. Last year I recovered from 3 years of chronic lower back pain using the TMS method but wasn't convinced that my head/face pain was TMS as well since I had an impact injury to my face resulting in a concussion. I have been to all different doctors and tried physical therapy, medication, acupuncture, etc. and my pain hasn't improved so now I am starting to believe that this pain is TMS and am hopeful I will be able to cure myself again as I did with my back.
Any thoughts on if I should use the same approach to recover from head/face pain as I did with my back (reading Sarno's books, daily journaling & reintroducing physical activity) or if there are different resources that will be more helpful to eliminate head/face pain?
