It’s been a while since I last posted on the TMS wiki forum. I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder and have went though all the symptoms of anxiety suck as heart palpitations, dizziness, aches and pains, migraine headaches etc. However, I have been getting intermittent tingling sensations in my upper back just below the back of my neck and shoulders. Those symptoms come occasionally and I was wondering if this is TMS as I have been feeling a bit stressed and anxious of late. Please advise.
