Has anyone recovered from body disturbances of temperature that trigger increased heart rate and other uncomfortable prickling or burning sensations in limbs?
    Onset Pattern: afternoons

    Example:
Certain time of day torso goes hot with increased skin temperature while hands and/or feet go cold, then other sensations start up.

I think that even the traditional medical community has long recognized unexplained temperature fluctuations as a symptom of anxiety.

This assumes that you've been medically checked out and that "they can't find anything wrong" (which is literally the title of a book by David Clarke, well-known mindbody MD and one of the founders of the Psychophysiologic Disorders Association).

When they can't figure out what is causing symptoms, you might as well turn to mindbody practices for your solution.
