My life without TMS would mean:

Oh, the ability to breathe into life... to live fully. To feel the sense of freedom.
Wake up with a sense of calm and peace and actual comfort, knowing I can relax into all of it.
Have energy and focus to do daily things in life. No need to check and monitor and or overthink anything.
Eat whatever with ease and digest delicious whole wonderful healing foods fully nourishing my body without being concerned about all the different aspects of the foods. Know that my body has the wisdom of how to utilize all of the nutrients in the best, most natural way.
Focus research on inspiring things instead of more research, research, research into ways to minimize symptoms - To see my body as amazing and not a "problem" that needs solved.
Have more energy to care for my body in all of the nurturing ways.
Go for those wonderful walks - stopping to chat with neighbors easily without concern for every aspect. Exercise and move my body in ways that feel wonderful.
Close my eyes for relaxation and feel at ease without being on guard.
Engage more fully with everyone. Have energy to be much more present and offer even more support to others.
And to laugh - to really laugh again fully. Even be able to let tears flow easily when they are felt instead of trying to always suppress them.
Experience nature and the sun and heat without the concern of major reactions.
Believe fully that I can travel about freely.
Allow choices to flow from love, clarity and alignment, not doubt or fear. Release of the incessant feeling of "not doing it right."
Feel a part of something - know there is connection that is still possible.
Engage fully in exciting projects without being concerned about all of the different challenges and obstacles to functioning.
To see possibility and potential in life again. To be able to trust fully - somehow.
To remember with every ounce of me that my body has miraculous capabilities to do what it needs to do to heal - that I don't need to stay vigilant all the time - that I can let go.
To feel deeply that there is still life that can be lived beyond all this.

    Hi, @NewBeginning
It has taken me a year—but I am able to have almost your entire list while still recovering (still have symptoms). So that’s good news, right?! You can feel better along on the journey to get there. ❤️ Slowly slowly but surely, you will begin to relax more.

Have you read anything by Claire Weekes? (Her book Hope and Help for Your Nerves is also on YouTube.). She’s the queen of treating anxiety. (TMS is anxiety.) I love her!
