[IMG] Upcoming TMS RoundTable: Can the Science of Joy & Play Really Help You Heal?
What if it’s the “Medicine” You’ve Been Missing?
This upcoming TMS RoundTable explores a powerful and often overlooked part of the recovery journey: the science of joy and play and how they can help rewire the brain for healing.
We’re thrilled to welcome Simone Holderbach, a chronic symptom recovery coach and founder of Eastside Bodywork and Pain Care in Bellevue, WA. She’s also the creator of The MindBody Approach, where she helps clients retrain their brains, access their emotions, and rediscover safety and joy through evidence-based, neuroscience-informed care.
Simone has trained with some of the most respected leaders in pain neuroscience (many of whom have also been guests on the RoundTable), including Dr. Howard Schubiner, Prof. Lorimer Moseley, Charlie Merrill, and Vanessa Blackstone. Known for her deep compassion and unapologetic curiosity about the nervous system, she guides clients to heal not through pressure or perfectionism but through presence, safety, and reconnection with life.
