Day 3 The hamster keeps moving

Exercise. I might have a bit of an exercise addiction. Whole other can of worms and likely a contributing personality trait to my TMS. It matters to me, though. I continue to run and lift, albeit slower and lighter. And yes, the pain after sucks. After a while my fear builds up and I take a few days off because I convince myself I have caused damage.

So now I'm working on pushing through and confronting my fear. A chiropractor, physiatrist, and neurosurgeon have all said I can keep exercising even with three bulging cervical discs, one mild thoracic bulge, and even a thoracic syrinx. If that doesn't convince me, all I can do is keep working on convincing myself. And when that knee or hip with arthritis starts complaining, or the hamstring tendinopathy rages, I will keep trying to try.
