Hello. I have a question. When Dr. Sarno says how strong we really are, that we are not as fragile as we think. That we heal quickly and every injury heals and no longer causes pain. Bones, muscles, everything. I am very worried about an inguinal hernia. How is it possible that this muscle weakness does not heal naturally? Does anyone have a similar dilemma ?

Not everything is TMS. You may need medical intervention to heal a body part, but it heals.
Dr. Sarno did not think his methods would heal a broken bone, reverse diseases like heart or coronary disease.. those need medical attention.
However utilizing his methods help ensure that the pain doesn’t become chronic.
