Sudden onset

Hi all! Just wanted to know if tms can come suddenly. I have had a history with tms, but always was on my left side. This is now a pain in my right thigh that seemed to come out of nowhere . I appreciate any feedback from people's experience in this forum.

Oh yeah, definitely. Strange new pains out of the blue. Which go away just as quickly, because I assume they're TMS.
