Day 1 Starting my journey

    Hi everyone, here it goes! I am 90% sure my migraines are TMS. My husband cured his persistent neck pain several years ago following this program so I do believe it works. I already see a difference since I started reading articles on the TMS wiki pages! I'm fearful they'll get bad again, but am committed to completing the SEP.
