In one of the stories about a person with disc issues, he talks about Sarno and discs not causing pain but could cause muscle weakness or nerve dysfunction. That got me back to thinking to what damage I could be doing by continuing to be active, like maybe the pain doesn't mean anything but I could still be going the wrong way, especially considering the radicular pain I have in my arms.
