I have a question which is I believe common among us.

July 22 severe pain started in m leg-sciatica trough my left foot. I could barely move.
I think of TMS-Sarno and the pain and debilitation goes away.
Now I still have numbness in my toe and I cant lift properly my foot.
(in any case 10 days ago I could not lift at all)

even when you know it's TMS your nerves are phisically damaged from the oxygen deprivation?
this is key for me to understand.

TMS creates a physical problem, correct?

Dr. Sarno says that the oxygen deprivation in TMS is completely harmless, so there should be no lasting effects, though it can take a while for you to recover. I think he also said that Cauda Equina can be a serious condition, and any form of paralysis is a bit of a danger sign. I'd contact a TMS physician for medical advice.
