I do feel that I believe 100% that my migraines come from the brain, that they are mindbody, TMS, etc. I've been on quite a journey through medication to know that medicine isn't the answer. However, there is one area where I am still struggling with in terms of belief. I found out years ago that I have Candida which was different than saying I have IBS. Although the symptoms of both are basically the same. Regardless, I saw on a test I took that I do have Candida. I was on a sort of diet for years and then recently met with a scientist. She has a machine that can read my entire system. We spoke about Candida and she told me that my pineal and pituitary glands were not operating as well as they should. This would ultimately cause pain in the head and is connected to Candida as well. She definitely knows what she's talking about. She helps thousands of people including cancer patients. Part of me believes that what she is telling me also contributes to the pain and that it's not strictly mindbody. How do I proceed now in terms of belief and what to do going forward? I am now taking supplements that she gave me to kill the Candida and various other fungi that are supposedly contributing to the pain.

Thank you!

Hello @Nissim. FYI, I had to move this post to the subforum for the Structured Educational Program - you had clicked on SEP Feedback which produces this form which is only seen by administrators, because it is for reporting a problem or making a suggestion on a SEP page (like a broken link). To ask for support and feedback, please post here on the forum!
