Recommended Resources to Introduce TMS to a Friend?

    Hi
    I have a friend who I've been discussing TMS with as I believe her symptoms are it. She's a scientist but is open
    to the idea of the mind/body connection.
    What resources could I email her do you suggest as a good introduction to what TMS is and is about?

    The first resource is always one of Dr Sarno's books. I recommend the last one, The Divided Mind, with six chapters written by six other medical and mental health professionals.
