    Hello everyone
Anyone here with biomechanical knee issues , not " only" i flammation or after an accident, that had success with tms work?

I am working on TMS issues since a long time and some symptoms could also get better with that

Since April i have joint pain and swelling in my fingers and later also in the knees

For me also Tms especially as ultrasound of hands and bloodtests didn t show inflammation

But since june, i got a flare up of the knees And always the left one is then really bad and this time it was different
Beside some general on and off pain, i had always pain while bending the left knee so i can not walk down the stairs since then
But upstairs doesn t go well neither or driving
Walking in the flat is ok but uneven is painfull also and makes heat and pain afterwards, even while resting
I also have sometimes when flexing the knee from a bit bending position, a blocking sensation
The right knee also cracks all the time since june and has very low, similar sensations when bending and flexing

Now i got my MRI results and it says fissures in cartilage and patella instability, it is too much on the outside and so causes friction where it should not

So now i really don t know if it is only tms or really structural

I know that even young people show degenerations but my doctor told me that fissures of that stage at only 38 years are not normal and as i had no accident recently she thinks it comes from that patella misalignment over time

But that i had sudden pain from one second to another in both knees, even if the left one is worse and with specific issues, i think there is at least a huge emotional part

But on the other hand, for the patella, i think that my blocage and bending, walking stairs issues are really explained by these findings and even with no pain, that blocae and not in place feeling when bending or flexing my leg is really disgusting and i can not handle that sensation

And for me it is logical that if something is really not in place, it causes friction and damage

So i don t know if i only continue my emotional work or if i need physiotherapy to try to re align the patella again, if i t is also sonething really biomechanical

I am really lost and overwhelmed

So i would bw happy to hear about people that had same issues but no pain or symptoms or they went away by emotional work

Because i alteady did physio and osteo for neck issues and already tried some stuff for the knees and it only made things worse, so i am afraid thst this will not work for me but if i should have the patella realigned , then i need to find a solution

Wish you all a vwry nice day
