I was just curious about the differences in the SEProgram and the TMS Recovery Program. Should I complete one before the other? Or can they be completed simultaneously?

I recommend doing the Recovery Program first and then the SEP. You could do them simultaneously, but it is recommended that we not spend more than around an hour day on studying and working on TMS.
