I walked about one and a half miles yesterday, not much I know compared with a year ago. Have done it several times recently but this time it was up and down slopes and on some uneven ground. Last night I was in a lot of pain and today its worse. Should I just do it again or let the pain subside before doing it again. My muscles have got weak with 9 months of lying down but I don't want to overdo it. How can you tell what is TMS pain and what is normal unused muscle pain? Also I seem to be a bit stuck in the past mentally - on Thursday my friends went to a local event and my ex husband was there with his new wife (or as my ex brother in law said 'she is not that new, she's been round the block a few times'), I digress - anyway it started this tight feeling in my chest. anyway that said, should I rest until pain subsides or keep going. I'm scared ending up bed bound 24/7 again. At the moment its about 20/7.
No TMS doctors in UK, no one has even heard of it except a physio who runs an online course or does face to face treatment but she is 400 miles away and I can't afford the online course, also there is no back up. you sign up and you are on your own.
Sorry if I'm a pest with all these questions. There are some remarkable stories on this site and I want to be one.
