Great article even though it was written some time ago. I have had RA for two years now and it certainly rang a few bells for me.

Pandemic-onset RA? Me too, @Julie-Ellen, and in fact I've written often that I'm convinced it was brought on by stress! I only skimmed the article, written in 1988, and saw that many of the references were much older. Sadly, the medical profession seems to have gone in the wrong direction since this analysis.
