Day 3 physical activity?

    Day 3

    Physical activity.

    Running is the only activity I have
    been avoiding due to fear.
    I am having a flare up at the moment
    A bad one, but as I have been pain free
    using this program many times before,
    I am finding my fear is fading fast.

    I am going to the gym each morning
    And doing lots of cardio cross trainer
    and today my pain vanished while I was
    exercising. Yay

    I feel I want to start lifting some weights
    this weekend.

    I have been avoiding running due to fear
    So in the next couple of days I will run
    At the gym too.

    I feel I want to run and say to my self
    Just before I run. Right I will prove
    to myself there is nothing wrong with
    my back or hip, I’m going to run and
    I will be fine.

    My plan is weights this weekend
    I will run next week.

    I’ll post what happenes back here next
    Week also in case it helps someone else.
